The pushup may just be the perfect exercise that builds both upper-body and core strength. Done properly, it is a compound exercise that uses muscles in the chest, shoulders, triceps, back, abs, and even the legs.
It has many modifications so beginners can start with easier versions and work up to the standard pushup, while you can find a challenging variation if you are advanced. You can do the pushup as part of a bodyweight exercise session, a circuit training workout, or a strength workout.

Hey Babes, Quarantine and just eating a lot on the daily made me gain so much weight. I was so embarrassed but the fact that I had time to work out gave me courage. I was not going to try this chloe workout but I had to see if it really worked. It was so much to the point I wanted to give up but I knew what my overall goal was. I am going to keep this exercise going.
I included some really good tips that helped me along the way:
-Intermittent Fasting
-Only water and kombucha
-No rice, sugar, bread,or fried food
-No red meat
-drink tea in the morning and night with no sugar.
-when i wake up drink water
-Take my probiotics
